We are currently seeking a motivated Customer Services / Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Adeje.

Job Description:

As a Customer Services / Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience. You will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, providing support and handling sales enquiries professionally and efficiently. This role requires a native Flemish/Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage sales calls confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

•Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

•Deliver excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.

•Handle inbound and outgoing calls, guiding potential customers through our product offerings and closing sales.

•Maintain customer accounts, ensuring all data is updated accurately in our systems.

•Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service and swift resolution of customer issues.

•Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.

•Use internal tools and systems to track customer interactions, sales progress, and service outcomes.

•Stay informed on company products, services, and promotions to provide the best possible advice to customers.

Requirements:

Native Flemish/Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Fluent in English & other languages are highly valued with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not essential.

•Highly computer literate, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and software.

•Exceptional people skills, with a customer-first mindset.

•A professional and friendly telephone manner, with experience in handling phone-based customer support or sales.

•Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

•Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
