On Monday the 25th of May 2020, restrictions are being eased further as we enter Phase 2 of lockdown de-escalation.   We are delighted to inform you that our office will once again be open to public on Monday 25th and we are looking forward to seeing you again!

At Direct Telecom, the safety of our staff and our customers is paramount, so we have taken all the necessary steps to meet the recommendations and requirements.  We have implemented social distancing measures, we will provide hand sanitising gel and we have installed protective screens at the customer service desks.  Furthermore, facial protection masks will also be worn by staff in the proximity of customers.  Please remember that when you visit us you should also bring & wear your own mask 😉

Over 65 – Please be informed that throughout our usual office hours, we have also implemented a timetable between 10:00 and 12:00 in which customers over 65 will have priority.
