What Is Visible Call?

Visible Call is an enhancement to our mobile network service (VoLTE) that allows us to identify both commercial and fraudulent calls. With this functionality, your phone will display the name of the company calling you — even if you don’t have the number saved in your contacts.

This means you’ll instantly know who’s calling and why, giving you the power to decide whether you want to answer or not.

It’s a step forward in transparency and peace of mind for all our clients.

Who Can Benefit from Visible Call?

All Direct Telecom mobile clients with VoLTE-compatible devices will automatically benefit from this new feature.

There’s no setup required — it will be activated automatically once the rollout is complete.

Is There Any Cost?

No. Visible Call is completely free and included in your existing mobile service.

When Will It Be Available?

We’ll be implementing Visible Call throughout the month of October. Once active, you’ll start seeing caller information directly on your device screen for identified business or marketing calls.
