Status Update – 31/07/2018. – Some customers already ONLINE!

Please be informed that yesterday the 30/07/2018, our engineers have already fitted the Internet equipment in several Apartments and some customers are already Online
We are working through the registration list and contacting the owners who have registered for the Internet connection so that we can arrange for an Installation appointment.

Ocean Garden Status Update

Status Update – 19/07/2018. – Installation has Started!
Please be informed that we finally have the paperwork signed to initiate the installation of the Open Garden Internet service.
Although we estimate the installation will be complete during the 1st week of August please know that if you are desperate to have Internet Access as soon as possible we can arrange for your connection to go live sooner as from Week Commencing 23/07/18 initially with lower Internet speeds until the complex installation is complete (1st half of August).  If you want your connection to go live before the actual completion date, please let us know by sending an email to: info@direct-telecom.es.

Ocean Garden Status Update

Status Update – 18/07/2018.
The engineering firm we work with was at the complex on the 17/07/18.
We are now waiting to have the final permissions signed to initiate the installation of all the equipment.
Everything is looking very good, once the paperwork is signed, we estimate the installation will be complete during the 1st week of August.  For those who are desperate to have Internet Access, it might be possible to arrange for your connection to go live sooner however the speed will be lower.  If you want your connection to go live before the actual completion date, please let us know by sending an email to: info@direct-telecom.es

Ocean Garden Status Update

Status Update – 04/07/2018.
The engineering firm we work with was at the complex yesterday (Tuesday the 3rd) to see how quickly they can progress with the installation of all the required equipment.
We expect it will still take possibly a few weeks before the connection can go live…
Ultimately, we need signed approval from the construction company to go ahead, and we must still wait for this because they are trying hard to complete the rest of the pending work on the complex.
From our side, we are ready to go, we have all the equipment.
We shall keep you posted here with any further news updates regarding the installation of your Internet Connection.

What will the process be?

As soon as our Engineering colleagues have confirmation that they can go ahead and install the system in the complex, then they will first install the main equipment.  They will then proceed by contacting you individually to arrange for your Router to be installed in your property.

As soon as they start installing, we shall let you know here!
