In some areas, once a service is canceled it can sometimes be hard to obtain a new connection (especially Fibre) because there are limited access ports and can quickly be occupied. If you wish, we can communicate with the new owners of the property and arrange for the service to be maintained and switched into their name?
Would you like us to "transfer" your services to the new address / or cancel current services to contract another package at new address?*
We can either transfer your services to the new location or if you prefer, we can cancel the services at your current address so that a new package can be installed at your new address.
