  • Most of the time, issues with the Internet connection are solved by simply rebooting the router. This can be done by simply disconnecting the Router power supply, reconnecting and turning ON the router by pressing the power button for about 5 seconds. Once the 4G light is GREEN, you are online again.
    The best way to know if there is an issue with your Internet connection is by connecting a computer with the LAN (network cable) directly to the Router. If doing so with a laptop, make sure the WIFI is turned OFF so we are 100% sure you are connecting with the LAN cable.
